• Ride Report covers up to 99% of the premium of Regence Silver PPO 3250. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan and pay for any added dependents.
• Dental and vision insurance are optional benefits offered to employees at cost. Ride Report does not currently offer a subsidy for these insurance plans beyond the cost to administer them.
• Our company will only enter into health insurance contracts that include coverage for transition-related care. If at any point an employee deems our current carrier's coverage is unsuitable for their healthcare needs, the leadership team will take that into account during the next annual review of benefits.
• Ride Report offers employee-funded Flexible Spending Accounts for both health care and dependent care
