We honor the benefits of having a dog-possible policy, and are fortunate to be able to have one at Ride Report. Occupying a professional space where we can have pets with us is a conditional privilege, and we expect you to treat it that way. We will monitor this policy on an on-going basis to ensure it still serves the community, and will revise or revoke it if it becomes untenable. Please read all details below before considering whether or not to bring your dog in, and ask your manager if you have questions.

We love your pup, but if it's likely to do any of the following at the office, it shouldn't come to work with you:

• Regularly bark or conduct other disruptive noisemaking
• Urinate, defecate, or otherwise damage any office equipment or furniture
• Harass an employee or visitor in any way
• Be unable to exist harmoniously with other dogs in the office

If your doggo can come to the office based on those expectations, do the following when you bring them in:

• Tell everyone in the morning that doggo is coming into the office in #topic-office
• Keep rover out of large conference rooms and off of office furniture
• Keep pupper on a leash at all times
• Ensure fido has a designated guardian attending them at all times

Even if the policy is faithfully followed, it's still possible the policy will change. This determination will be made on an on-going basis by the management team. There are many factors that could cause this policy to change, including:

• Serious or numerous complaints about issues with dogs on-site received via this anonymous submission form or otherwise shared with management
• Our headcount nearing the capacity for the current space we're in
• The needs of regular visitors including partners, customers, investors or board members
• Results of our annual company engagement survey
